Returns We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return: The item must be unused and in its original condition. The item must be returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or order number is required. Products damaged by misuse, negligence, or improper handling are not eligible for return. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: Personal care and hygiene products Used products Customized or personalized items Clearance or sale items Damaged or Incorrect Products If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. After verification, we will offer: Replacement of the product, or Full refund (if replacement is unavailable) Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund. If approved: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash account. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
